Ivan Krastev, one of the most influential European public intellectuals, political scientist and book author, chairman of the Centre for Liberal Strategies, Sofia, and Permanent Fellow at the Institute for Human Sciences in Vienna (IWM).
Background
As one of the most original political thinkers in Europe, Ivan Krastev has been reflecting on diverse political phenomena in Western and Eastern Europe for several decades. Recently, he has been focusing on the impact of demographic changes on democracy. The conversation with Ivan Krastev will focus on his recent research as well as on the 2022 outlook. Covid-polarizations are an inevitable topic in the light of future mandatory vaccinations announced or insinuated by different European governments.
