Federica has worked for traditional publishers like Condé Nast, where she was an Audience Editor working specifically on loyalty products and newsletters, as well as for startups like Hearken, an audience consulting company that helps newsrooms better listen to and engage with their audiences in order to build sustainability. Federica is currently Head of leadership developments at the Reuters Institute in Oxford and she is a mentor with the Digital Women Leaders group.
